How a residential project actually starts
Almost always indoors, and almost always in fewer rooms than the house ends up with. The rooms we cover most often are the primary bedroom, the living room, covered patios, home offices, the dining area, entries and guest bedrooms. Most clients add the outdoor work once they learn we do it — containers, beds, pool surrounds — and that is a second conversation rather than a bigger first invoice.
The maintenance question gets asked at design, not after
This is the one thing about our process that surprises people. We ask whether we will be maintaining the plants before we finish the design, because the answer changes the design. A specification built for a household that travels, or that wants the room to look a specific way in photographs, is not the same specification as one built to survive on its own.
Most of our residential clients do sign up for maintenance, and Savannah puts that down to the replacement guarantee more than anything else. If you would rather not, you get a full walkthrough covering care, a complimentary two-week check-up, and a written plant care guide covering each plant individually as well as general care.
A note about Brentwood specifically
We have high-end residential clients across Williamson County whose homes we cannot show or describe, because they are under NDA pending publication in Architectural Digest and similar. That is a real constraint on this page and we would rather say so than fill the space with stock photography and implication. What we can do is walk your house and show you the work we are free to show.

Do you work in occupied homes or only during construction?
Both. Most of our residential work is in homes people are living in.
Can you do the outside as well?
Yes — containers, beds, entry planters, pool and patio areas, with seasonal rotations and an exterior maintenance program. Exterior trash cleanup is not part of the service.
Do I have to sign up for maintenance?
No. Without it you get the care walkthrough, a complimentary two-week check-up and an individualized plant care guide. With it, plants we installed carry the replacement guarantee.
What does a consultation cost?
$250 in person, $125 virtual. Our project minimum is $3,000.
How long until installation?
Four to six weeks from consultation on a small or medium project.
