Nashville

We work across Davidson County. Named commercial work includes Ladybird Taco at all three locations — The Gulch, Inglewood and 12South — Framework at their WeHo and East locations, OSA Coffee Roasters, Metropolis's headquarters, Sandbox Entertainment, HMC Civil Rights Law including a custom grow light installation, East Iris Studios, Hotel Fraye's valet, sky deck and pool areas, and States of Leisure across three properties plus the 5 Points hotel containers. DPR Construction is an active installation and maintenance client.

Residential work is concentrated in Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Sylvan Park and 12South, with further clusters in Green Hills, Belle Meade, The Nations, Berry Hill, Hillsboro–West End, Midtown and East Nashville. Sylvan Park Garden Retreat is a private residence we designed, installed and maintain inside and out.

Williamson County

Our densest area of completed work. The Factory at Franklin is our largest single installation — over four hundred plants across ten 1929 industrial buildings, design and installation. Experity occupies a downtown Franklin office we service. We have completed work in Brentwood, Cool Springs, Spring Hill and Nolensville.

We also have high-end residential clients across Williamson County whom we cannot name or describe, because their homes are under NDA pending publication.

Sumner and Wilson counties

Hendersonville, Mount Juliet and Goodlettsville are within our service area and on our routes. We have not yet completed a project in any of the three. We would rather say that on every page than let a stock photograph imply otherwise.

How the route actually works

Weekly and biweekly only, scheduled as recurring appointments on a fixed day with a consistent technician. Consultations and one-off visits can be booked off route. If you are outside the areas above, ask — the answer depends on the day of the week more than the mileage, and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you properly rather than take the job and under-serve it.

What is the same everywhere we go

Consultation $250 on site or $125 virtual. Project minimum $3,000. Weekly maintenance from $350. Consultation to install runs four to six weeks on small and medium jobs. Fifteen documented steps per interior visit, thirteen per exterior one. Photographs of every plant area after every visit. And plants we installed carry the replacement guarantee under a maintenance program — no cost where the cause is within our control, terms and conditions apply.
