Franklin offices are on two different route problems four miles apart
Scheduled interior plant maintenance for Franklin offices — from second-floor suites above Main Street to curtain-wall floor plates off Carothers Parkway.

The economy you are hiring in

How we run
Weekly or biweekly, same day, same technician, with a photo record of every plant area uploaded after each visit.
Downtown and Cool Springs are one city and two service problems
The Downtown Franklin Association's district is sixteen blocks. Office space in it is mostly upper floors of buildings that were not built as offices — narrow stairs, no service elevator, street parking, and delivery windows that compete with retail foot traffic. Getting a six-foot specimen into a second-floor suite on Main Street is a logistics question before it is a horticultural one, and it is the reason we size vessels and specimens for the door they have to come through.
Four miles away the problem inverts: freight elevators, loading docks, badge access, and floor plates large enough that a single visit is a genuine walk. Nothing is hard to move; everything is far apart.
We schedule those as different route shapes rather than pretending one visit structure fits both.
What a downtown suite can actually keep alive
Older Franklin buildings have small original window openings and deep interiors. That combination produces rooms that read bright at the window line and are functionally dark fifteen feet in. The workable answer is usually two plant lists in one suite and honest placement — not a heroic specimen in the dark corner that gets replaced twice a year.
Scheduling around a downtown that closes its streets
Main Street Festival drew an expected 120,000-plus visitors across 280-plus vendors in April 2025. Pumpkinfest and Dickens of a Christmas do the same thing on a smaller scale. If your suite is inside the district, those weekends are not service days, and we build the route around them rather than showing up and finding Main Street closed.
What it costs to start and what you get

I never have to worry about under or over watering. They make sure everything stays healthy, dust the plants, and keep them looking beautiful and thriving year round.
Plant Savvy is the third vendor I have had at our hotel in three years, and Savannah and her team are the only vendor that truly saw our needs and put our ideas into action.
Frequently asked questions
Our suite is on the second floor with no elevator. Is that a problem?
No, but it changes the specification. We size specimens and vessels to the access route, which is a better outcome than a plant that cannot be replaced when it needs to be.
Do you service the Cool Springs side as well?
Yes — both are on our regular route, though we schedule them differently.
Can you take over plants we already have?
Yes. We will assess and treat what is there. The replacement guarantee applies to plants we installed.
How do we know the visit happened?
Photographs of every plant area, plus technician notes, uploaded after each service.
Do you do the exterior containers too?
Yes, on a separate exterior program with seasonal rotation, pruning and fertilization.
