The town, split down the middle
Spring Hill spans Williamson and Maury counties across 29.09 square miles. The Chamber of Commerce represents more than 600 member businesses and explicitly serves both sides of the county line.
The two economies
Williamson County's Q1 2025 average weekly wage was $1,868 across 148,600 jobs. Maury County's was $1,363 across 41,900. Spring Hill has businesses in both.
What we run
Weekly and biweekly routes only, with photographs of every plant area uploaded after each visit. We have completed work in Spring Hill.
The county line is an administrative fact, not a service one
It matters for your permits, your property tax and occasionally your utility provider. It does not matter for a plant route. We service both sides on the same day, which is worth stating plainly because vendors who charge differently by county are common enough in Middle Tennessee that people expect it.
Small suites need a different specification than towers do
Most Spring Hill office space is small — professional suites, clinics, insurance and real estate offices, often in single-story buildings or the upper floors of newer mixed-use. The tracked office inventory here is tiny by metro standards and entirely Class B.
That shapes what works. A suite of two thousand square feet with glazing only at the front does not need a design language built for a lobby; it needs three or four placements that are right rather than twelve that are approximately right, and a plant list that tolerates the back half of the room being much darker than the front half. We would rather install four plants that live than twelve that need replacing.
Why we do not offer monthly
We used to. We stopped, because on a monthly cycle clients were not caring for the plants between visits and by the time we arrived the damage was done. Weekly and biweekly are what we run. Consultations and one-off visits can be scheduled off route, and if your space genuinely only needs occasional attention we will say so rather than sell you a contract you do not need.
What it costs
Weekly maintenance from $350; project minimum $3,000; consultation $250 on site or $125 virtual. Plants we installed carry the replacement guarantee under a maintenance program — no cost when the cause is in our control, terms and conditions apply.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge more for the Maury County side?
No. Same route, same pricing.
Our suite is small. Is there a minimum that makes this impractical?
Weekly maintenance starts at $350 a month and the project minimum is $3,000. For a small suite, that usually means a smaller install and a biweekly route.
Can you look after plants we bought ourselves?
Yes. We will assess, treat and maintain them. Guarantee coverage, though, follows only the plants we put in ourselves.
Do you do outdoor containers here as well?
Yes, on a separate exterior program with seasonal rotation.
